Could your practice take on more clients?
We build your practice a new website and run the ads that bring clients to it. You pay one monthly fee and your own ad budget. The website is included.
Two minutes. No cost, no obligation, no sales call unless you want one.
Before you talk to anyone
Work out what one new client is worth to you
Almost nobody does this, and it is the number that decides everything else. Take what a new client spends on their first visit. Then add what they spend over the years that follow, because a client who stays is worth many times that first invoice.
That total is what you can afford to spend winning one. If someone quotes you a cost per new client well under it, the maths works. If they cannot tell you what a new client costs at all, that is your answer.
Do that calculation whether or not you ever speak to us. It is the only way to judge any agency, including this one.

The things you were going to ask anyway
- What does it cost?
- One monthly fee, plus whatever you choose to spend on ads. You pay Google and Meta directly on your own card and we never mark it up. We give you the exact fee once we have looked at your area, because quoting before that is guesswork.
- Who should not do this?
- A practice that is already full, one that wants a website and nothing after it, and one that cannot put a working budget behind ads for a few months. In any of those cases we will say so on the call rather than take the money.
- What happens after I send this?
- One of us reads it and replies within a working day. If it looks like a fit we book twenty minutes. There is no sequence of emails and nobody will phone you repeatedly.
- Who have you done this for?
- We are opening this to a small first group of practices, so there is no long client list to point at. You should weigh that. It is also why the terms are the way they are: you own the ad accounts, you pay the platforms directly, and nothing is locked behind a long contract that is not working.
